A Split-type HVAC system, often referred to as a split AC, is an air conditioning system that has two main units: an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit, which houses the evaporator coil, absorbs heat from the room and cools the air. The outdoor unit, containing the compressor and condenser, releases the heat outside. These two units are connected by refrigerant lines, allowing for efficient heat transfer.
